ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Store Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store both health & beauty. Support the PH Management Team in preparing country reporting for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in business development and/or account management

  • Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred

Performs check-ins and check-outs efficiently.Performs cashiering functions efficiently.Handles all guests’ request or enquires promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an International Hotel/ Resort is an advantage.
  • A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
  • Fluency in both oral and written English.
  • Knowledgeable in front office operational systems, OPERA and other applications.
  • Passionate about guest satisfaction.

DUTIES:

The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of payroll, proper maintenance of payroll information, compliance on all government requirements and reports, accurate and prompt remittance of all deductions made from payroll, and proper computation of individual income taxes of all staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an International Hotel with a similar capacity.
  • Preferably an Accounting Graduate. Licensed Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
  • Fluent in Oral and Written English.
  • Must be a self-starter, guest-oriented, an eye for details, and flexible.
  • High computer literacy e.g Advance knowledge in Excel, computer applications
