Job Description:
* Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to hiring managers
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
* Perform HR duties assigned
* Finding ways to improve administrative processes
* Organize and schedule appointments
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
