Job Description:

Ambassador in Paradise Resort is looking for a Reservation Associate to join our team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year working experience as a Reservations Associate or in similar.
  • Experience in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
  • Customer service skills when making reservations, answering questions and working with customers.
  • To ensure booking are input accurately into the reservations system, maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms
