  • Degree in Culinary Arts and Science or its equivalent
  • Wide knowledge and experience in kitchen and menu engineering
  • At least 5 years work experience in a reputable hotel or resort
  • Advance knowledge and skills on food preparation and back of the house systems and procedure
  • Excellent record on hotel kitchen operations including people management
