The successful candidate will be passionate and have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
•Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
•Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
•Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
•Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
•Continuously improve through feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Computer, Engineering and Technical Course, or related field.
•Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
•Can drive motorcycle with valid driver's license.
•A commitment to excellent customer service.
•Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
•Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
