Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold quality and consistency in all menu items prepared and served
- Assist the Sous Chef during production for service periods.Assist with breakdown of leftover items and cleaning of kitchen at end of event.
- Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Applicants from Boracay is preferable and prioritize.
  • Has thorough knowledge of menu, presentation standards and sound knowledge of food preparation and techniques
