Job Description:

- Supervision and communication with Meetings & Events operations during events and assuring guest’s satisfaction throughout the event.

- Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, contracts, issuing confirmation and follow up process with all MICE and wedding customers.

- Personalizes and executes the events for the Meeting planner.

- Assess group business to maximize contribution from available public space, generating room revenues whilst achieving Meetings & Events budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the same field or equivalent.
  • Experience in a 5-star chain of hotels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Willing to be based in the island of Boracay.
