- Supervision and communication with Meetings & Events operations during events and assuring guest’s satisfaction throughout the event.
- Responsible for bookings, generating proposals, contracts, issuing confirmation and follow up process with all MICE and wedding customers.
- Personalizes and executes the events for the Meeting planner.
- Assess group business to maximize contribution from available public space, generating room revenues whilst achieving Meetings & Events budget.
