Job Description:

*Install, configure, and maintain office computers, network devices, and software applications.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, Wi-Fi networks, and other office technology.
*Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure hardware and software are functioning optimally.
*Manage backup solutions and implement security protocols to safeguard company data.
*Provide technical support and training to staff on new technology resources.
*Assist in website management and updates, utilizing knowledge of web development practices.
*Design and create graphics for company materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Experience in managing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks.
