Job Description:
● Document financial transactions by entering account information
● Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
● Ensure proper filing of documents and in-charge of safe-keeping of financial documents
● Monitor, checks & validate petty cash funds and liquidations
● Ensure proper and timely payments of financial obligations
● Act on bank errands such as withdrawal, deposit and other financial transactions
● Prepare payroll of employees
● Filing/processing and monitoring of mandatories of the employees
● Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
● Support month-end and year-end closing process
● Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and issues that arise
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
● Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or related field and minimum of three years’ experience.
● Intermediate to advanced skills in excel/google sheets
● Ability to write reports and emails
● Ability to present information to an internal department and/or groups of employees.
● Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical
and quantitative skills.
