Shangri-La Boracay

Duties:

Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.

• Experienced in an International Hotel/Resort or a well-known restaurant.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management, International Hospitality Management or any related course.
• Preferably has knowledge on HACCP.
• A self-starter and a team leader.
• Must be guest oriented , creative and must have an eye for details.
