Shangri-La Boracay

DUTIES:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Finance Manager within the limits of established Shangri-la's Boracay Resort & Spa policies, procedures, and Accounting Procedures Manual, implements and executes accounting procedures outlined by the Finance Department.

• Experienced in an International hotel with a similar capacity.
• Graduate of Accountancy and Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Ability to coordinate with the key management team and motivate staff. Honest and sense of discipline. Self-motivated, analytical, responsible for changes, can work independently. People-oriented and able to influence people
• Computer Literate.
• Familiar with Hotel’s Property Management and Point of Sales Systems.
